Hi Tony, You might lke to get a quote from Allianz Insurance, they are a German company but have an office in London. They were very competitive for us, slightly cheaper than N+G, but we negotiated a cheaper price and stayed with N+G because we had fantastic service from them when we lost our mast last year. I wonder if they are still using the old scheme that I found way back in
2002 when I entered with an SSR boat from Greece and had to use and agent
that turned up at the Marina as I arrived?

During this past season, our first in the eastern Med, we have dragged no less than 5 times. Our trusty 20KG CQR and 10mm chain, which have looked after us all round the world, seem not to work too well on the weed/grass and sand combinations found around so much of Greece and Turkey.

I am currently trying to arrange a winter berth at this marina and have been put in touch with Roma Brokerage & Consulting SRL who say they have reserved a berth for me and wish me to transfer a deposit of over 800 euros to them to finalise the booking.
