Please use this form to apply for membership. Note that data prefaced # (or *) will be published in the Year book unless you opt otherwise. Data prefaced * is required. Any data that you submit will be sent securely to the CA Website.

How to use this form

Fill in your details below. Be sure to include your full postal address and select the appropriate Payment Method.
If applying for cadet or young member grades, please give your date of birth.
You will then be passed to the checkout to select means of payment. Note that if you want to take advantage of the reduced rates for direct debit, it is still possible to pay your first subscription via a credit cart and return the direct debit form later. Confirmation of your membership is subject to review by the appropriate committee which may take a little time. If for any reason you are not elected, your subscription will be returned.
