The CA has over 200 Honorary Local Representatives (HLRs), who can provide help and advice to members in foreign ports. A list of HLRs is printed in the annual Yearbook, or members can search for them online

RATS is a committee of the CA dealing with a large number of international, national, parliamentary, trade or special interest groups all needing help, advice, comments or consultation on matters which involve the cruising boat user.

The Crewing Service puts skippers in touch with crews and vice versa. There is a modest annual fee for crew and it is free to members.
You can sign up online and enter your details to find a suitable match. There is a dedicated forum and and the service holds regular meetings.

The CA’s Information Centre contains a 10,000 volume Library, as well as a collection of Worldwide charts for members to use in planning their cruise. Most of the books and videos can be borrowed by members.
