Tuesday 27th October - 'Clipper Round the World Yacht Race - a personal experience'
an illustrated talk by a highly enthusiastic Adrienne Hyde who did 3 legs of the
race.
Tuesday 1st December - 'A Passion for the Sea' by Jimmy Cornell.
A fascinating evening with this renowned worldwide sailor, author and founder
of the ARC, recounting a few highlghts from this 3 circumnavigations.
Sunday 13th December - Lunch at Parkstone Yacht Club. 12.00 for 12.30 p.m.
A relaxed and informal gathering for Sunday Carvery lunch.

Tuesday 26th January - 'Near & Far'
Bistro style seating and a less formal atmosphere for this meeting where
members related some of last years cruising experiences-
We enjoyed - 'Turkish Delight' with David & Diana Hume
- The Costa del Sol & the Balearics with Ian Griffiths
- 'All over the Place' - The Baltic, English Channel at Christmas,
Tasman Sea and the South Pacific' with Steve & Cathy Lacey

Tuesday 16th February - 'Sailing through Russia in the Footsteps of the Vikings'.
Barry Woodhouse will be relating the story of his cruise from Tromso,Norway,
to Archangel in th White Sea, through Russia to the Balck Sea finishing at
Instanbul. This promises to be a fascinting talk.
Tuesday 30th March - 'The Azores and Not Coming Back'
Mike & Jane Eastman sailed 'Pax' to the islands and have had several seasons
based in the Azores They have thoroughly explored all the islands and their
love of this cruising area, its people, the scenery and the Atlantic comes
across in their talk.
