The Northern France & Channel Islands is the CA's newest Section and covers cruising waters from Calais to Brest, some 400 miles of interesting, exciting and sometimes challenging cruising. This particular Section boasts a number of different islands and locations with several quaint stop-overs and attractive ports to visit. The Northern France & Channel Islands section will be a huge benefit for members with tight holiday time schedules or those planning a family cruise to visit a variety of places without long passages; this is largely due to its close proximity to the UK.

Bureau du Port Dives              Bureau du Port DivesMembers of this Section are able to benefit from the experience of others who have sailed the area, and from the extensive local knowledge of the Cruising Association’s network of Honorary Local Representatives. The Section provides information about navigation, lesser visited areas of the isles, moorings, facilities, support services and much more. This is available to members via the CA website and on an online forum, Northern France Net. Similarly, members can also benefit from participating in a Section Day meeting in CA House, cruises in company and rallies
