CA House is an ideal venue for business seminars and meetings, for club functions, as well as for private parties and social events. Overlooking Limehouse Basin and lock, CA House is convenient for both the city and docklands; we are easily reached by river, road or rail and are close to Limehouse DLR station. For those arriving by car there is free parking available for visitors.

Facilities range from the large assemby room to smaller meeting rooms, and facilities and refreshments can be tailored to meet requirements. We can also offer economical accommodation in our cabins for anyone travelling trom a distance.

Current room hire rates

	The Assembly Room is ideal for parties or large gatherings and can accommodate up to 100. Facilities include sound system and dancefloor, and the bar can be available for guest refreshment.
	Alternatively, the Assembly Room can seat 60 for a lecture or presentation and has a built in digital projector. The room can also be laid out as a ‘classroom’ where up to 24 students may be taught using all the usual audio-visual aids. Also possible, are 'boardroom' style for 18 people, or 'U' shaped for 30 people.
	Situated on the first floor of CA House with views of Limehouse Basin Marina, the Council Room is ideal for a 'boardroom' type meeting or it can also be arranged 'theatre style', seating 25 people. A digital projector can be provided if needed and there is also the option of double or single flip chart and white board.
	The Queen's Room is the smallest of our committee rooms and is ideal for a meeting of up to 8 people. Our catering department will be pleased to have pots of tea or coffee available for your arrival leaving you free to settle in and work.
	Food and drinks can be served in your meeting room or in the bar/restaurant. We can provide anything from hot or cold drinks to a working lunch, or a celebratory dinner. Our catering staff will be pleased to discuss your requirements and offer a menu to suit.
