A catalogue of all things boating for those looking for specific boating bits who are not proficient at searching the web, this is a good reference book. It has the names, addresses, web sites and email addresses of manufacturers, stockists, boatyards etc. It gives a host of items listed in alphabetical order to make it easy to find a particular item. It lists the marinas around the country giving facilities and costs; and many of the sailing clubs again giving facilities and costs of membership. The index is listed alphabetically at the front and in counties or in some cases countries at the back to help to find the nearest item. The book finishes with the regatta calendar for the year. One assumes that the book will be republished every year. At £14.99 is modestly priced but much of the information it contains is either freely obtainable on the internet or in an Almanac. - SL
