This is the looseleaf predecessor of the new Sail and Power Almanac already reviewed. Major differences from the bound ersion are that tide tables are for one year only, but available as part of an annual update package for £9.95, that it covers UK and Ireland only and that it comes in a rugged 4-ring binder with velcro fastenings and tabbed dividers. A pilotage pack for continental Europe is available at £11.95. Thus users can buy just the areas they need and update inexpensively annually. RMG
