Polly Agatha is a brand new replica of a 1904 Pilot Cutter, is built completely traditionally and sailed without a single winch onboard. She is based in the Hamble and sails the Solent and all the Channel Ports.
Traditional wooden craft like this are now few and far between which makes sailing Polly Agatha such a unique holiday experience. The traditional pippy oak interior is simply stunning and conveys a deep sense of luxury whilst the beautifully varnished deck hatches, skylights and spars make the whole yacht feel like a piece of classic furniture. She has a Gaff rig and is sailed without any winches as it was done over 100 years ago.
Polly Agatha is very traditional but not without modern luxuries like a huge larder fridge, Raymarine instruments, diesel cooker (no gas onboard), a hydrogen fuel cell (no noisy generator onboard!) and a fantastically comfortable main cabin with 9'' sprung mattress with memory foam topper!
Polly Agatha is ideal for Club sailors such as yourselves as she sleeps 8 plus the skipper or can day charter with 13 guests and the skipper.
