Tom Cunliffe is in the Chair, supported by Alan Watson, one of Britain's greatest  independent authorities on radar, AIS, MARPA etc, and a representative from EuroNav who will talk about PCs on board and PC Plotter programs. A sailor all his life, Tom is a prolific author, a prizewinning TV and radio presenter, and an outstanding public speaker. At home with star sights and sextants, he is also the author of The Electronic Yachtmaster. Who better to guide us through the maze.
