Fine- (meso-) scale wind forecasts from Spain

At http://www.cruising.org.uk/cruising_information/weather/weather_resources/atlantic_europe and http://www.cruising.org.uk/cruising_information/weather/weather_resources/med-weather-links, I have added links to meso-scale wind and sea state forecasts for Spanish waters and the western Med.

These seem a little clumsy to use and I cannot comment on their accuracy.  As ever, I am always a little cynical about small scale prediction. These do seem to have more detail than some of the commercial models.

If anyone uses them and finds them to be helpful, I would like to know.
