- East Cowes Marina monitors Channel 80 (phone 01983  293983), call them as you approach and say you are part of the Cruising Association Rally. We have provisionally reserved 10 / 12 Berths and have to provide the Marina with confirmation and all boat details one week prior.

- On Saturday  -  Why not arrive early and visit Queen Victoria’s home at nearby Osborne House.

- At 18.00 prompt, members and their guests are invited to a Cheese and Wine Reception, in the    marquee, which is booked for our sole use come rain or shine. Please try to arrive at the allotted hour to meet other members and join in the fun of this occasion.

- Following this reception the BBQ's will be ready for us to start our 'cook your own barbecue'.

Please remember to bring a GLASS, cutlery, plates and of course your favourite food for you,

or maybe your galley slave to cook, while you enjoy a glass or three of wine,

     A bottle (or two) of wine might be required in case our reception wine runs dry.

- Mooring fees are £3 / metre (we will get a 10% discount if at least 10 booked boats turn up).

- Mooring fees and electricity are the responsibility of each skipper.

- We are forced to charge a small non-returnable deposit of £ 7.50 per adult to cover the cost of the marquee for our sole use, the use of BBQ's provided and our cheese and wine reception.

- We will monitor Channel 6 and our mobile is 07717025714, but please come and say hello on arrival.
