In the Hanson Room at CA House, there are over 80 Regional Files (RF). These are boxes pertaining to different areas, which contain Cruising Information Reports from Members. These reports contain a wide range of useful information on the ports visited, such as berth prices, availability of facilities, entry formalities etc. They are a "view from the ground" and as such are an indispensable complement to published pilots and cruising guides.

These reports are filed under the RF areas they covered, e.g. RF 25 is for Greece. An index of RF numbers and areas is available online.

Increasingly these Reports are sent to CA House in electronic form. This means that they can be distributed in the same way. From this page you can access the electronic CIRs currently held in the Hanson Room. Any of these reports can be downloaded or sent to CA Members upon request.
