Organisation of the CA
The Cruising Association is run by a Council and a number of committees and groups assisted by a number of honorary officers and a professional secretariat.
The CA has recently become a limited company. The basic documents are as shown below.

The CA has a number of Associated Yacht Clubs around the world. It is also a member of the International Council of Cruising Yachts (ICCY) and the Conference of Yacht Cruising Clubs (CYCC).
